Donor Advised Funds allow donors to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax deduction, and then recommend grants from the fund over time. You can direct a gift to Abbot Public Library Foundation with DAF Direct or directly from your donor advised fund.
Make a Memorial Gift to the Foundation to remember and honor a loved one.
Make a Tribute Gift to celebrate a birthday, a graduate or commemorate an anniversary.
QCD's allow donors to make a charitable contribution from a traditional IRA. This type of gift may satisfy required minimum distributions (RMD's) without counting towards taxable income. Please contact your IRA brokerage firm or your tax advisor for more information and to initiate a QCD.
Many companies offer matching gift programs to encourage their employees to support charitable organizations. Corporate matching gifts are an excellent way to increase the impact of your donation to the Abbot Public Library.
